333xxx Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 333xxx ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or in any other way using the 333xxx platform or any part of it, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 333xxx platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 333xxx, including but not limited to cricket betting, live sports betting, betting odds, live casino games (including Baccarat), jackpot slot games, fishing games, Ludo, and any other games or services that may be introduced on the platform from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 333xxx.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the 333xxx platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18+ throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law at the time of use.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the 333xxx platform.
• You must not have had a 333xxx account previously closed for violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are of sound mind and not under any guardianship or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering contracts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Registration Process

To create an account with 333xxx, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

333xxx reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice and is required for all players whose withdrawal requests exceed Rs 50,000 in a calendar month or where our systems flag a need for verification.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one account with 333xxx. If you attempt to register a second account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, or IP address — both accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated during the period of duplicate account use may be voided at 333xxx's sole discretion.

3. Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333xxx account login credentials, including your username and password. You must never share your login details with any other person, and you must notify our support team immediately at support@333xxx.ws if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

333xxx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly.

Account Verification

333xxx employs a multi-level verification system. Email or phone verification is required at registration. Enhanced verification (including CNIC or equivalent government-issued ID) is required before processing withdrawals above the threshold stated in Section 4, or whenever our compliance team determines that additional verification is warranted for security or regulatory purposes.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 333xxx account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Accounts that are closed by the player for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) are subject to the terms described in Section 10.

Account Closure by 333xxx

333xxx reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account, at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that: (a) the account holder is in breach of these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent or collusive activity; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so; or (d) the safety or security of the platform is at risk.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policies

Deposits

All transactions on 333xxx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your 333xxx wallet typically within two minutes of confirmed payment. 333xxx does not charge any fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are yours, that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within a few hours. These timelines apply during normal operating conditions and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Currency & Conversion

333xxx operates exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform. Any foreign currency transactions (for example, if you use a Visa card issued in a foreign currency) will be converted by your card issuer at their prevailing rate, and 333xxx has no visibility into or responsibility for those conversion rates or fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins

333xxx offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out below.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonus funds are credited in PKR to your 333xxx bonus wallet and are kept separate from your cash balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times (25×) the total of the bonus amount before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at midnight on the 30th day.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Baccarat typically contribute 10%. Cricket and sports bets contribute 20%. Fishing games contribute 50%. The contribution rates for each game category are shown on the relevant promotion page.
• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Claiming a bonus using a second account or fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• 333xxx reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after having been claimed, the wagering requirement for that bonus will be removed from the player's account.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently found to be in breach of these Terms — including bets on excluded games or bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will be voided and the bonus balance will be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on the 333xxx platform is subject to these general rules as well as any specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict, the specific game rules take precedence over these general rules for matters relating specifically to that game.

Betting Odds & Markets

333xxx offers betting odds on cricket, football and other sports as displayed on the platform. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 333xxx system, the odds at the time of acceptance are fixed and will not be changed retroactively.

In the event that odds are published erroneously due to a technical error, human error, or a data feed failure, 333xxx reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and their stakes refunded to their cash wallet. 333xxx will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market on the 333xxx platform. These limits may be changed at any time. For cricket and sports betting, the minimum stake is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. For progressive jackpot slots, 333xxx may apply specific maximum win limits per jackpot cycle as described in the individual game's rules.

Abandoned & Suspended Events

If a cricket or sports event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before reaching the minimum completed play threshold specified in the betting rules for that market, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For live in-play markets, bets confirmed before the point of suspension are subject to the specific market rules for that sport.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, including live Baccarat and jackpot slots at 333xxx, are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is documented in the game's paytable. Fishing games are governed by the specific fishing game rules displayed in each game room. By playing any casino or slot game at 333xxx, you acknowledge that all outcomes are random and final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333xxx platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account on 333xxx, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing information during live dealer games or coordinating bets in any game mode.
• Bonus Fraud: Using any strategy designed to exploit or abuse the bonus system at 333xxx, including hedging bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds.
• Software Manipulation: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place bets or play games without genuine human interaction.
• VPN / Proxy Use: Accessing 333xxx through a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to mask your true geographic location or IP address.
• Money Laundering: Using the 333xxx platform to process, transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features (including live chat) to harass, abuse or threaten other players or staff members.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, text and other intellectual property displayed on the 333xxx platform are the property of 333xxx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 333xxx name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered trademarks of 333xxx.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 333xxx platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 333xxx platform without our prior written consent.

Game content on the 333xxx platform (including slot games, fishing games and live dealer content) may be provided under licence from third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming and others. All such content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holder.

9. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

333xxx provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333xxx's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. 333xxx is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute relating to a bet outcome, payment, or any other aspect of your 333xxx experience, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Email support@333xxx.ws with full details of your dispute. Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, request escalation to our senior disputes team in your follow-up email. Escalated disputes are reviewed within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 – Final Decision: 333xxx's decision following the escalation review is final and binding in respect of all factual matters relating to bet outcomes and game results. Mathematical or technical errors discovered after this point may still be corrected.

10. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Player-Set Limits

Once a limit is set and applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect. Self-Exclusion

Any player who wishes to take a break from gaming at 333xxx may activate self-exclusion from their account settings page. Self-exclusion can be set for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, the player's account is immediately closed to all gaming activities and no marketing communications will be sent for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened or reversed once activated.
